The Gasper Law Group has immediate opening for an experienced Paralegal, specifically in Probate, Estate Planning, Wills & Elder Law. Paralegal should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience. You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist attorney with case management and Client communications
- Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
- Financial document prep
- Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Record and store client information
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a paralegal
- Familiarity with legal research
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced office environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented a must
- Experience in hourly client billing
Base pay ranges between $22-28 per hour with opportunities for quarterly incentive and annual merit bonuses. Benefits available include health insurance, 401(k), life insurance, PTO, and continued legal education.
Compensation: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
